Hello.

I am a woodworker with a passion for wood turning and new designs. I was a builder for 30 years and have been wood turning for 16 years as a hobby. I am mainly self taught but have seen many demonstration from turners of all levels of ability. I have been a member of the Hawkesbury Woodcraft Co-operative for 15 years and find great inspiration and support from the men and women in the group. I have tried other crafts such as painting and carving and sometimes can incorporate these into new designs. I seek inspiration from wherever I can but nature is possibly the greatest influence. The greatest challenge that I have undertaken so far would be the motorbike but each piece has its own reward.

I have a wife and two children who encourage me to continue with my turning and will let me know if they don't like a new creation.
